1. Classify all similar occupations under main categories;
2. Development of occupational standards through the definition of assignments and tasks of each occupation;
3. Specifications should be in line with the developments of job market;
4. Develop occupational classifications, characteristics of the staff who occupy
these jobs, who are capable of discharging all related tasks and assignments;
5. Translate such merits and qualifications of the staff who occupy those jobs into
training materials and guidelines on the assessment criteria of each of these
merits and qualifications for the development of training framework,
specifications and standards. Training and educational institutions could benefit
from that for the to ensure the quality of outputs of their developed programs to
meet the needs of the job market in line with the national occupational standards.
